Delivery Policy
Delivery areas
We deliver to all Canadian provinces, except Quebec. In Quebec, HueSee purchases must be completed by an authorized distributor.
Delivery rates
$0.00 for purchases of $250.00 and over before taxes.
$25.00 for purchases of $249.99 and under before taxes.
Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas.
Delivery times
Orders are processed by our warehouse within X to X business days. Orders are then picked up by a carrier who will deliver the package within X to X business days. If your delivery has not arrived within that time, please contact our customer service team to learn the status of your order. Simply complete the form on our website’s Contact page.
If the recipient is not on site at the time of delivery
If the recipient is not on site at the time of delivery, the carrier will depart with the package. They will leave a delivery notice indicating where and within which dates the package may be picked up. Any packages that remain unclaimed by the deadline indicated on the delivery notice will be returned to our warehouse. The order will be cancelled and refunded, less a fixed delivery fee of $25.00 plus taxes.
If the address is incorrect
If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will be billed a fixed delivery fee of $25.00 plus taxes to deliver the package to the correct address.
If we forgot to include a product
If we have forgotten to include a product in your order, please contact our customer service team within five (5) days of receiving your order. After this time, we will consider that you’ve received all the products that you have ordered.

After assessing and validating the situation, we will send you the missing product at no additional charge.
If we have sent you the wrong product
If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within five (5) days of receiving your order. After this time, we will consider that all the products sent correspond with those ordered.
To contact our customer service team, complete the form on our website’s Contact page. Be sure to include the order or invoice number and a photo of the wrong product.
After assessing and validating the situation, we will send you the correct product at no additional charge. We will also email you with instructions to follow and a shipping label to download and print to return the wrong product to our warehouse at no charge. Within ten (10) days of receiving the new product, you must return the wrong product to us in new condition, failing which we reserve the right to charge you for the product and add a fixed delivery fee of $25.00 plus taxes.
If a product is damaged during delivery
If a product is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team within five (5) days of receiving your order. After this time, we will consider that all the products ordered have been received in good condition.
To contact our customer service team, complete the form on our website’s Contact page. Be sure to include the order or invoice number, a photo of the damaged product and a photo of the shipping box.
After assessing and validating the situation, we will send you a new product at no additional charge to replace the damaged product. We will also email you with instructions to follow and a shipping label to download and print to return the damaged product to our warehouse at no charge. Within ten (10) days of receiving the new product, you must return the damaged product to us in the same condition in which you received it, failing which we reserve the right to charge you for the product and add a fixed delivery fee of $25.00 plus taxes.
If the ordered product is no longer available
If the product you have ordered is no longer available, our customer service team will contact you by email. You will have three (3) options. You may wait until the product is once again available, obtain a replacement product (of similar nature and value), or obtain a refund.
Return Policy
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns. All products ordered via our website are final sale.
