We use advanced micropigments. Their tiny size allows a greater quantity to easily enter the hair cuticule. The result is an extremely rich and precise color. Our advanced micropigments are able to migrate more deeply into the cortex, where they are trapped for better color retention.
We also use pigments that are 99.9%+ pure for vibrant, luminous color that lasts longer.
A HueSee shade is composed of a depth level followed by one or more reflects.
The levels indicate the shade’s intensity and are represented by numbers from 1 to 10. At HueSee, we use the international level system, where 1 represents the darkest level (black) and 10 represents the lightest level (very light blonde).
- Level 10: Very light blonde
- Level 9: Light blonde
- Level 8: Blonde
- Level 7: Medium blonde
- Level 6: Dark blonde
- Level 5: Light brown
- Level 4: Medium Brown
- Level 3: Dark brown
- Level 2: Very dark brown
- Level 1: Black
The reflects refer to the colors that are present in the shade. At HueSee, we always use both systems (numbers and letters) to identify our reflects.
- Tone .0 / N: Natural
- Tone .1 / A: Ash
- Tone .2 / V: Violet
- Tone .3 / G: Gold
- Tone .4 / C: Copper
- Tone .5 / B: Browny
- Tone .6 / R: Red
- Tone .7 / M: Matte
For example:
5.64 / 5Rc = Light brown red copper
Level 5 = Light brown
Primary reflect .6 / R = Red
Secondary reflect .4 / c = Copper
